After purchasing the Internet from the website, I can’t access any Internet from my phone or my computer. I contacted reception and asked for help. They said that due to the local area Internet is not available. I asked for a refund and they said that was not possible . The staff are fine . They are quite nice. But I was not impressed with a staff member and a dining room encourage me to give her five star review . I was asked repeatedly to do this on both times I had breakfast. She wrote down her name and the name of the colleague , and I felt pressured to do this. Don’t get me wrong, she’s nice . But she should not be doing that . For me to leave should be my choice . And I should not be told to be delivering a five star review . The dining area was clean The staff were welcoming . And the food was okay, I suppose . That’s what you would expect. The food met the regular Premier Inn standard, you couldn’t tell whether you were in Chelmsford or Nottingham or somewhere else. So it was average food, but you don’t expect anything else. And that’s fine. The room was good. The biggest problem for me with no Internet , and no refund. Finally, there was a small issue with the payment terminal for breakfast on the first day , however the staff waived the fee, and allowed me to eat on the house based on the fact they couldn’t accept payment. I thought that was generous. My low rating based on the lack of Internet and the lack of a refund .
