Dilapidated room, the card system for parking and the room works every other time. The housekeeping staff kicked us out at 10:40 a.m. even though check out is 11 a.m.
The common areas are not very clean and the first floor stinks of cigarettes.
The stairs stink of urine, lack paint on the floor and wall and are really not clean at all.
The staff does not have a coherent discourse regarding the return of the deposit.
Breakfast quite expensive for the content, no cold meats, fruit, cheese.
Available croissant, paint, cereals, compote yogurt.
A minute's stop is missing to get the card for the room and parking.

Vu les commentaires pas tous très bons, j'ai décidé de venir en personne à la résidence et visiter la chambre avant de réserver. J'ai été très surpris car elle était très bien et j'ai donc payé ma nuit tout de suite. Certes, c'est basique, mais c'est aussi très bon marché, donc c'est malhonnête de demander à un établissement comme celui-là de proposer des services grand luxe. En tout cas, c'était parfait pour moi, et le personnel à l'accueil est adorable.

Très bonne nuit mais petit dej à revoir
Très bon accueil et bonne communication,
En revanche le petit déjeuner était léger et peu de choix pour le prix, la machine à café n’a jamais fonctionnée. De plus les prises dans la chambres ne fonctionnaient pas pour la plupart.
En revanche nous avons passé une très bonne nuit

Séjour correct
Rapport qualité/prix correct.
Séjour en famille avec 2 enfants de 4 et 7ans.
Pour simplement dormir ça suffit amplement malt une literie fatiguée par les nombreux voyageurs et une odeur de renfermé et d’humidité.
Au niveau vaisselle, c’est le minimum.
Pas de casseroles ou poêle.
Seulement 4 assiettes, 4 verres , 4 bols et des couverts.
Dans l’ensemble c’est correct sans trop être exigeant vu le prix bas pratiqué en région parisienne.
Un bus au pied de la résidence vous emmène à la gare de Chelles en 5mins pour prendre le RER E ou le Transilien direct pour Paris en 13mins.
