Downstairs, the “beach level” features a second living area with a sleeper sofa, wood fireplace, and kitchenette—ideal for extended families or multi-generational stays. KITCHEN & DINING: The main floor includes a galley-style kitchen with essential appliances and all the cookware needed for family meals. A breakfast bar adds extra prep space.
