"The Riad is located near the medina, close to the main attractions, but not in a busy street, which makes it perfect for a family trip. The Riad is super clean, and the rooms are well equipped, and the beds are super comfortable.
The service is great and we appreciate the good treatment. I highly recommend it for anyone that wants to visit Chauen with the family or with a couple."

"Expressing our deepest satisfaction for the wonderful services provided by Casa. We have this bright and cosy room on the 2nd floor. What makes us leaving this positive comment is the service!
The moment we arrived the staff has arranged Porter to get us up the hotel. As we stayed 1 night for Fes the next day, the reception helped me call the transport service to make sure the time and location and correct. Additionally, we have a takeaway breakfast prepared!"

"Lovely riad in the middle, bright and colorful. Parking better near the Parador Hotel, write to riad on whatsapp and you will meet at the parking. Go about 5 minutes up the stairs. We made the right decision to take only one suitcase with us and leave the rest in the car, the more there was one night. The room is very small. Also in the room is only a small window into the interior courtyard, so it is dark. There is an air conditioner, but we slept without it, it wasn't hot at night. The room has a fan, a teapot, a shampoo and a shower gel. Breakfast is beautiful on the terrace with a stunning view."

"In the old city, it was very difficult to get the luggage up, so we brought simple toiletries. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is clean and the location is in the old city. When we went, we were renovating and the top floor could not be used, but fortunately we could take a panoramic view of Blue City."

"Exceeded expectations~ The hotel at the highest point of Shefshavan, more than 100 steps are not as hard as expected. Uncle helps with luggage (remember to tip, uncle is very hard, speaks good English and feels very good~ I have been laughing and will wait for us to take pictures). When you check in, have a cup of tea in the yard to see the sunset, but the most amazing thing is the meal here! Dinner and breakfast are particularly delicious! The waiter is also very gentleman. The room is comfortable and the facilities are good, especially the shower and hair dryer, praise!
The first time I evaluated so much, I can't finish it~ The price is worth it! If there is really a next time, I will definitely stay here~"

An exceptional stay in this new hotel that combines modern comfort, an ideal location, and a true immersion in local life. Nestled in the heart of a lively and authentic neighborhood, it's only a 5-minute walk to the old town and its charming alleyways.
The view from the room is simply incredible: a panorama you never tire of, between city and mountain. A true pleasure to admire at any time of day!
Special mention for the establishment's eco-friendly commitment: the staff is largely recruited locally, and the products offered at breakfast and à la carte are fresh, seasonal, and sourced from local producers. We were escorted to the entrance by a local child, and our first contact, Rachid, warmly welcomed us with sweets and a glass of tea. This outpouring of generosity continued throughout our walks, which were guided by locals.
A wonderful way to travel more consciously, without sacrificing comfort.
The welcome is warm, the design is meticulous, and everything is impeccable. A place full of meaning and charm, which I highly recommend!

JJiulianyiThe location is not very easy to find, the signboard of the homestay is very small, it is not easy to find, I didn’t find it after two laps, I asked the locals to lead the way, and gave a tip of 40 dirhams. The room message of Trip.com is a private bathroom. After the check-in, the boss said no, it is public. The picture shows a circle of the toilet on each floor, and I have told Trip.com to let them change the room message. The room is full, mostly Europeans and Americans, the room environment is very simple, but very clean, it is recommended to come to Shefshawan, it is best to set the parking lot near the mountain, the ancient city is really 18 bends of the mountain road, too many paths are not easy to find.

RRi1taBooked hotel casa miguel , arrived there but we were sent to another hotel Anexo, went there with bags of 15 minutes, the room was different, not that in the photo, it smelled very urgently, But this problem in all the hotels that are in Riads and it was still cold, although the air conditioner worked all night but he didn't heat the room, more in such hotels I won't stop, but the girls who work there were very friendly and polite Karima and Amina seems, they tried to smooth everything! The breakfast was the most common on the terrace. I think the price and quality are not in line!

All is well until the proporty manager, a gentlemen, turned up ans started to boss around and undo the warmth hospitality these women extend. It he rather cold and business like too.

There is no air conditioner and only an electric fan. The head shaking function is still broken. The toilet is close to the shower pool. The water flow on my head is very small, and there are very slippery white tiles under my feet, one square meter, I feel that it is not safe to stand in the bath, so this is the only place where I did not take a bath during my trip to Morocco, although I sweated a lot.
