The famous square “Outa el Hammam” and the waterfall “Ras El Maa” are also within walking distance. The house is ideal for families, friends and groups. GROUND FLOOR: SPACIOUS BATHROOM: -> separate shower & WC -> soap dispenser & hairdryer -> hallway -> Moroccan mosaic fountain made by hand 1ST FLOOR- SLEEPING AREA: BEDROOM 1 -> comfortable single bed -> built-in wardrobe -> darkening curtain BEDROOM 2 -> Comfortable double bed -> Moroccan sofa (can be used as a children's bed) -> built-in wardrobe -> blackout curtains -> Writing desk -> brand new air conditioning -> Bedroom 1 and 2 are connecting rooms, they are connected with a passage door 2ND FLOOR- SEMI OPEN KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM: SEMI-OPEN KITCHEN: -> fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful counter -> fridge and freezer, kettle, gas stove, coffee machine and teapots, plates, cutlery, pots / pans, utensils, blender, oil and spices etc. -> Dining area LIVING ROOM: -> 3 comfortable Moroccan sofas (2 sofas can be used for sleeping) -> Kami 3RD FLOOR: BEDROOM & 1ST BEDROOM BEDROOM 3: -> Comfortable double bed -> Built-in wardrobe -> brand new air conditioning -> integrated bathroom (shower & WC), equipped with soap dispenser and hairdryer. STAIRROOM 1 -> very beautiful authentic Moroccan mosaic fountain made by hand -> a bench for seating -> laundry room equipped with a washing machine. This room remains closed.
