Baymont by Wyndham Buffalo

Hotel is loud you can hear people above you walking peeing, and banging on the walls. Rooms do look like they have been a bit updated hotel is older pillows are horrible. There was no staff to be found. They would always be outside smoking at the front door.Would not recommend or stay here again.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like future guests should know what to expect. Upon arrival, we waited in the lobby for nearly 30 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in—even after ringing the bell multiple times. The only time I saw staff at the front desk was when we were checking out. It was disappointing to have such minimal customer service. The room itself left much to be desired. While the bed did have fresh linens, the overall cleanliness was poor. I ended up going to Target to purchase my own cleaning supplies. I had to clean the toilet, tub, sink, the wall area above the bed, and the end tables myself. There was hair left inside the mini fridge and a used soap bar still sitting on the tub shelf. For a 2-star hotel, I wasn’t expecting luxury—but basic cleanliness and a bit of visible staff presence should be standard. I would not stay here again unless I saw clear signs that the property had improved its standards and management.

Our stay was overall good value for the price we paid. The room was clean but small, beds were decently comfortable. Very close to Walden Galleria.

This is third time i have stayed at this hotel . This time has the worse experience. . The attendent at the front desk wasn't welcome at all. Firstly they put my family myself in a disability room which I never requested and then the room they sent me too wasn't the cleanest. I also had recommended my sister and her husband to stay there too. They were also so very disappointed. They don't even come to clean the rooms daily . Which is so wrong. I will not ever stay at the Baymont hotel or recommend it to.anyone. They need to be better having the rooms cleaned probadly and do alot renovations because youll will loose cistomers like me. Youll.need to.train the staff at the front desk because that is the first people you encounter when you arrive . Youll have lost valuable customer
