I have booked a suite with two queens bed and sofa bed for my family of 2adults 2kids. However i was given a suite with a kings bed. Front desk was helpful, and offered my family 1 room with kings bed and keeping the suite, so that was 3 beds in total. Good and timely solution within 10 mins i spoke with the front desk.

Double charged me for my room and when I went back they said call back at 4:30pm when the manager is in. Terrible you guys need to communicate to the hotel you take the money from customers. If I had not have noticed I would have paid double. You better hope I get my money back!

The hotel and staff were fine. The room was clean and the staff friendly. It’s conveniently located off the highway, across from a mall (Walden Galleria). As a result, there are plenty of restaurants very close by and shopping options. Breakfast was typical (eggs, sausage, fruits, cereal, etc.). I would have no problem recommending this hotel.

The hotel was clean, I enjoyed my continental breakfast. I love how close it is to shopping, the canadian border and the airport. The staff was friendly especially Maureen at breakfast and Ben who just greeted me in the hallway. The gentleman at front desk was great too, his named slipped me. So sorry. maybe it was Micheal🙈. But regardless the service was great. Thank you for a cozy welcoming stay.

We had a wild weekend of basketball and some of our teams stayed here. Check-in was easy, with welcoming, professional and friendly staff. All of our rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The night staff was exceptional while our teams played some team-building games and parents got to hang out together in the lobby. We were all very grateful for the pleasant staff, delicious breakfast, tasty coffee and the safe feeling this hotel gave. After check-out and leaving the hotel, I realized that I left an article of clothing in my room. I called the hotel and they had my clothing. I was able to pick it up, hours later, and they had placed it in a bag, tied it and had my name on it. So convenient and very personable. Thank you to all of the staff working this past weekend - you are appreciated more than you know!

Was a good stay! Staff was really nice room was clean bed was clean! Room was really spacious which I wasnt excepting but I really liked! Definitely staying here again if go back to the area.
