I had an absolutely awful experience with the parking spot I booked at the Quality Inn Hotel near Buffalo Airport. My reservation was from 1:30 PM onwards, and I arrived at 1:38 PM. Upon arrival, I called the shuttle number provided, but the call was answered by a very rude receptionist. She was unhelpful and did not answer any of my questions correctly. When I went to the reception, she informed me that the next shuttle was at 4:30 PM. I explained that my flight was at 5 PM and that the booking stated shuttles were available every 30 minutes, with no mention of needing to pre-book. Her response was dismissive and rude, leaving even my 10-year-old daughter appalled. She threatened to cancel my parking reservation, acting as if she owned the place. Her attitude was so unpleasant and unprofessional that it ruined my entire experience. I cannot recommend this parking spot to anyone due to the disrespectful treatment I received. Upon returning from my journey five days later, I didn’t bother calling for the shuttle, anticipating the same rude receptionist. Instead, I walked from the airport to the parking spot, which further highlighted the inconvenience and poor service provided by this establishment. Avoid the Quality Inn Hotel parking near Buffalo Airport at all costs.

Loved that the individual working at 4 AM on 04/12 helped me with my luggage and baby stroller and promptly shuttled me to the airport.

Where to start, welcomed by a skating rink for a parking lot, entrance had a lovely fresh smoked pot aroma, room was disgusting carpeting old torn and dirty, bathroom fixtures all loose ready to fall off. Vent covered in black matter, strong cigarette smell throughout room and hallways. Cobwebs dangling from the ceiling. I could go on but I won’t.

Good location Convenient location near airport. Staff very friendly. Rather old, a bit run down. Room was clean except carpet was sticky. Our non-smoking room had a faint smokey smell. Room had lots of amenities.

DO NOT STAY HERE Let me start by saying that I paid $280 per night for this stay.......if I had paid under $100 I would have expected this. The hotel looks like it is in the middle of some sort of renovation that is about to happen, but it is not. I don't even know what to say about the general areas.....the room had no working wifi until the morning when we were checking out. The TV was on but then when we turned it off we could not get any channels or the option to do anything. The phone flashed constantly as if there was a message and when we went to clear it, there was nothing to clear so it would not turn off. We had to unplug the phone. There was holes in the wall in the bedroom area, mold in multiple spots, especially the bathroom The toilet ran constantly and did not flush, I had to fill the back with water from the ice bucket to get it to flush each time, but then it drained in 10 min if I did not use it in that time. The shower rod was hanging off the wall, the water barely came out and the drain did not drain, so we did not shower in someone elses shower water The only good thing was the beds being comfortable, we got in late (11:30 at night) so that was perfect, unfortunate to wake up to all the negativity The breakfast was standard and a nice option to have. Parking was not an issue.
