Richard, the new manager, was so accommodating and helpful! He holds the staff to the highest of expectations and it is obvious that everyone there does a phenomenal job. The kitchen staff also went out of their way to help my little ones during breakfast. We will definitely be back!

The room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable bed. I stayed on the 2nd floor and although you can hear people walking quite loudly on the floor above, it was still a pleasurable stay. Breakfast was great, and the attendant was incredibly kind and friendly!! Great staff.

I travel for business a lot and HI are usually my go to. This property is dated and at least my room could use a deep cleaning. The mold and dirt in our shower track was disgusting. Whoever cleaned the room left a soiled wash cloth in the shower. Couldn’t have eaten the breakfast if we wanted to to as it was picked clean by a youth hockey team. Across the street from the airport but not noisy. Fine for a night or 2.

👍for Angelo this guy was so courageous and kind he was the only one working the whole shift,he had to go for pillows,sheets ect while a big line of people was waiting in line and the phones didn't stop ringing,he handled everything so proffessionally ,some people were very mean to him because of the pool that was out of service I agreed to ho to the aloft to use the pool.good job Angelo.

I would not recommend staying here, the rooms are dirty, duvet cover was not washed, with visible dirt and lipstick stains. The rooms need desperate updating, front desk was not friendly.. There are many other options around the airport.

This hotel is old and not kept, was not in a safe area, was dirty, beds were soft and old, electric outlets did not work, rugs and furniture were old and used. I honestly thought about sleeping in my car. I walked around in my shoes, slept in my clothes and didn't even shower because everything was old, worn and dirty. Not sure what happened to the Hampton Inns. They used to be very nice places to stay. Maybe the connection now with Hilton Hotels lowered their standards. Lastly, when there is a sign posted in the room regarding "human trafficking" sadly this is concern in this hotel. Do I need to say anymore????

We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites on 11-11-23. The Television was not a smart TV so only network TV was available (you cannot use your Netflix or Prime accounts on their TVs). The USB ports in the room were inoperable. I went to the front desk to check on options. They gave me an AC adapter that stopped working and became overheated. Costs $140 per night! At this price I would expect the electrical outlets to function safely. I returned to the front desk and asked that the manager call me. Do not stay at this hotel. It is filthy, the shower had pink mold and black hair. The sheets were not on the bed, the room was severely run down with sticky gross floors . The lobby was smelly and it was clear it was not being cleaned regularly with spills and debris around. My credit card has been over charged. The hotel has said they will refund my money but has not. When I contact the corporate office they are not able to help resolve any issues nor do they care. We also had to wait to check in until after 5 as our room was not ready. I am extremely disappointed in Hilton/Hampton, and will never book a hotel with this brand again. No one cares here, this place should be shut down. I did not want to spend the night here but we had a flight leaving early in the morning.
