My 2 year old woken up by slamming doors, loads of noise. Is this a hotel for the airport? Then tell your guests to shutup. I was up at 3am for my flight and got zero sleep after you woke my son up.

Wouldn’t stay again The only member of staff we saw was pleasant and helpful, fluffy towels and the bed linen was lovely but that’s the only positives. Very small parking area which was very tight. Conservatory window was shattered. A bit tatty and dated outside. The room was small but cleanish (cobwebs) however mould in the bathroom and odd instructions on the wall to use sink, toilet and shower. Can only flush toilet once every 5 mins. Have to run hot water in sink to get hot water for shower. Sign said takes 1 min to get hot water. Took 6 mins of tap running! Shower tray moved for duration of shower and water pressure was poor - would have been insufficient to rinse hair (glad only there 1 night). Switched the kettle on and the switch snapped off. Called reception. They thought we had the heater on and the power had tripped. No, broken - looked like might have been glued before. New kettle brought quickly. Heating on throughout hotel for duration of stay. No way to turn up or down in room. Creaky bed frames. Poor mattresses. Noise from floorboards above was loud all night. Lots of noise from road - had to open window during night as so warm. Room smelled of chip fat despite reed diffuser. Felt like the sort of place workmen might stay rather than a hotel. Overpriced for what it was. Nothing nearby in terms of shops etc and limited to tea and coffee in room. Female staff member was helpful.

Room was lovely. Very clean and a good size. I had the English breakfast which was a generous size and tasted great! Host was very attentive and friendly. I would stay here again. Thank you!

My wife uses a mobility scooter so having a room in the courtyard with en-suite bathroom was ideal. Close to the Airport and Wythenshawe this property provided an ideal stopping place for the week. It is a family-run Bead and Breakfast (if you want it) with high standards of cleanliness and friendly landlady. Internet great. Tea/coffee facilities. Towels provided and changed daily. Tables in courtyard for outdoor working ideal in great weather
