酒店各方面都很好，唯一不好的地方就是前台的矮個子圓臉女服務員喪着臉面無表情，愛答不理陰陽怪氣、毫無前台的禮儀、一點服務意識都沒有，跟欠她錢似的！垃圾….損壞了酒店的形象！

酒店自駕交通便利，門口隨便停車，還有兩個充電樁，電車方便。酒店服務和環境都還是蠻好的，比較安靜，吃飯的話周邊開車出去幾分鐘就是縣城鬧市區，方便吃飯

第一次住到有蟲子的房間，衞生間地面和床旁邊的縫隙裏都有黑色的爬蟲，孩子也不敢睡覺，打電話給前台，前台説草原都有這種蟲子，可我住的是鎮上，不是草原。想換房間，又説其他房間也一樣，之前住在草原的民宿也沒有這種蟲子。服務也不太好，打電話要紙巾，對面説“怎麼又要啊”，但我是第一次要，可能記錯了吧，但即便客人要兩次紙，不是也應該提供嗎？除了房間大，服務真的不值這個價格
