Excellent service very kind especially at reception

Amazing hotel. And the staff was super nice. The apartment was cosy and comfortable and the pool area beautiful.

We visited from 18th July 2025, the apartment and facilities are all very good. We were greeted by Alex and Mark and a with a welcome drink. Both staff explained the facilities and we had a pool-side apartment which was clean and spacious and literally looked over the pool with access directly to the pool. Clean towels, equipped kitchen and bedrooms were spacious. The apartments are not brand new and had the expected wear and tear but only what you would expect, nothing more than what you would expect in your house if you'd lived in it for a few years. Air conditioning worked great and there are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The balcony was great for dining and we had our own sun loungers outside the master bedroom. The pool was lovely, heated and spacious. Lovely swim-up pool bar, if you fancy a drink. Day time entertainment available but low key and we were not harassed to participate like the typical hotels with the loud usual music. No rush to save sun beds; there were plenty to choose from. Ping pong, pool tables, mini golf available. The location is quiet which is what we wanted, away from the busy Playa de las Americas! 10 Euros if you want to visit shops and busier parts and a complimentary bus service at 10:30am to visit Playa De Las Americas and one at 5:30pm to bring you back to the hotel. We would recommend Los Cristianos over Las Americas. Only 20 minutes from the airport too which is a bonus. To be honest, some of the poorer reviews are misleading, we had a fabulous stay and definitely recommend Hotel Regency Apartments.
