環境臟房間鋪的是地毯很臟帶有以前住客的漬跡味道難聞放了香水但依舊一股難聞味道衞生間地板很滑前台服務差所得的房間與預訂的房間不同，網上預訂了三個房間（都是寫着兩張1.5m大小的床）得到的卻是1.35m的床，三個都是！

這次入住體驗超棒！酒店位置絕佳，周邊餐飲購物都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果好，晚上睡得特別香。浴室熱水充足，洗漱用品品質不錯。

帶着長者小孩自駕遊，走川藏線落腳在察雅，酒店停車場可直達房間，環境衞生都不錯，，服務也好，吃飯往前走幾百米就行。
