Great location, just behind the castle, looks and feels cosy. Our bedroom was a bit small, but very comfortable, with a good matrass that provided good sleep quality. The "annoying" thing was that during the night there was a sensor who would emit some light. Good breakfast room and wide choices, including local treats like mini "pastel de Chaves" and "folar de Chaves" Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

As the name implies the hotel is right by the castle and within easy walking distance of the sights and the Roman bridge. Parking is available immediately under the hotel with a lift. Our bedroom 105 was large, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was good. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Very good value at €85 b&b.

A very comfortable and well located hotel. Very friendly employees. The rich breakfast. The rooms are very good with a large bathroom. In short, comfortable hotel, good treatment, and a pleasure to have spent a couple of nights there during our visit to Chaves. Recommended and I will return on my next visit.

Fantastic hotel. Modern with super good taste throughout the decor. 5-star service and a super varied and quality breakfast. The superior suite is uniquely elegant. The Jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the Castle tower is spectacular and the icing on the cake. I highly recommend it. I definitely want to go back.

Just exceptional. The room was comfy, the spa wonderful, breakfast buffet excellent. The whole place was spotless but what made it for us was the staff... friendly and professional. Nothing was too much bother. We wouldn't hesitate to return.
