The house has porches and gardens on three sides for outdoor dining and relaxation and comfortable indoor rooms. There is a modern gourmet family 'eat in' kitchen with marble counters, modern appliances, stained glass, heart pine floors with a gas fireplace for chilly mornings. Additionally, there is a front parlor with TV, dvd player, card/puzzle table and a sitting room with wet bar for quiet conversation. The 1/2 bath is located on the first floor The second floor has three bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. There are two full bathrooms on the second floor...one in the master suite and the other shared. Very historic property in Point Chautauqua. Has been charmingly remodeled.Loved the back deck. Lovely hydrangeas around the deck.

Wonderful historic home near the lake
Had an amazing stay at Tottering. This was our second year planning a family get together here in the lake.
The kitchen was great for cooking family meals to enjoy on the beautiful back porch. The hosts are so responsive and accommodating.
Can’t wait to stay here again.

Had an amazing stay. Property exactly like listing. Lots of space inside and fully equipped kitchen.
Lovely back porch perfect for meals and relaxing.

4th of July Week get a way
My family has been coming to Chautauqua Lake for all of my life; visiting grandparents and parents. Tottering provided a place for the younger generation to stay and visit together and hop across the Lake to visit with Grandparents. Property is well appointed (a/c cooled the first floor; ceiling fans the second; laundry was helpful). Kitchen allowed us to cook dinner for everyone, and the back deck hosted a game night. Neighborhood is quiet and provided great fireworks viewing. The hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. Great property!
