Très bel hôtel à côté du château et jardin de Chaumont (exceptionnels!) où nous pouvions nous rendre à pied. Il manquait une salade de fruit au petit déjeuner

L’hôtel est dans un cadre idyllique avec un magnifique jardin. Les chambres sont surprenantes mais très confortables ou tout est fait pour nous faire plaisir. Que dire du restaurant, dans un cadre intimiste et très romantique avec une architecture moderne. Le repas n’est que explosion de saveur de l’entrée au dessert. Une multitudes de goût que ravi nos papilles et tous les sens. Bravo au chef. Une équipe de serveur très sympathique a votre écoute que vous fait saliver en vous expliquant les plats. Le déjeuner est à l’identique du dîner qui nous rend de bonne humeur et la journée commence de la meilleure façon. Je vous recommande cette hôtel, vous passerez un excellent moment

For a new hotel it was poorly designed .
Extremely and unnecessarily steep stairs to upper floor room.
Odd room layout, despite the reasonably generous space it was necessary to duck to reach one side of the bed. Best view from the room was from the bathroom. Sockets in inconvenient places. Lamps had bases too wide for the shelf. Clothes hanging area could have accommodated two cases if the shelves had been differently positioned.
Bathroom floor was dirty and stained

Hotel très récent construit avec goût et s'inscrit superbement bien dans sont environnement.
Les chambres magnifiques et très spacieuses.
L'hotel permet de vister le château de Chaument sans reprendre la voiture.
Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurants par manque d'anticipation mais le petit déjeuner était excellent.
Merci a l'ensemble de l'equipe pour le service impeccable.
Ps: possibilité de charger vitre véhicules électrique.
