The room is arranged on the basement floor, which is the first floor and the next floor. The room smells musty and makes me uncomfortable after staying there for a few days. I will not stay here again next time.

I booked a deluxe room. The room I was given was next to the utility room on the ground floor. It was damp and cold, and the noise was loud. The exhaust fan in the bathroom made a scary sound. The balcony was the passage outside. It looked very unsafe. When I asked to change, the boss said there was no room available. ! The geographical location shows that it is 360 meters away from Chatswood, but it is actually at least 1000 meters away, and you have to take the overpass! Not cost-effective!
