Unpleasant welcome, feeling of being disturbed (mister doesn't say hello, madam blows). Once seated at the table, a chair was missing which we had to go get, followed by the discovery of hairs on the tablecloth, plus the table was not very accessible (we had to disturb it if we had a pressing desire) the people seated we were forced to move away. After this incredible discovery (dead flies and dust on the window sill) we decided to leave without eating. Given the prices on the menu, we expect certain services.

Certainly the best hotel in Châtillon sur Seine, an old-fashioned family hotel, rustic, but really nice restaurant also run by an enthusiast where everything is homemade. Very nice wine list. An essential address when passing through Châtillon sur Seine.

4-star all-inclusive hotel, I am met with a smile as they hand over the keys with my luggage and they take me to my room, a small room not suitable for the one I had booked and paid for, I inform the reception manager and they change my room, the same as the first except that with partial sea view. Restaurant where you don't know what you eat because there is nothing written on the shelves where the dishes are, no NAME OF WHAT YOU EAT Catastrophic
