Vraiment déçu car deux fois que je vais dans cette hôtel et vraiment pas terrible.
Pas de chauffage dans les étages , chauffage baisser à 18 degré tous les jours par les femmes de Ménage je suppose .
Radiateur entrain de ce raccrocher du mur , Clim bruyante.
Et pour finir beurre périmé.

Small room but nice and clean. The area is far from main attractions in Paris but it’s affordable and the tram is close. Breakfast included sooo delicious. Staff is friendly and very helpful

Niveau de service à la baisse
Clim en panne, fenêtre d’abord ouverte pour créer un peu d’air, mais voisin très bruyant m’obligeant à fermer la fenêtre alors qu’il faisait plus de 30 degrés dans la pièce.
Service petit déjeuner qui se dégrade par rapport à mes premières visites quelques mois auparavant. Toujours en attente de pain (réchauffé et non du pain frais), pots de confiture vides, pains au chocolat rassis, plus de céréales…

Accueil correct bien que pas réellement de réception à part une petite borne a coté d’une table où certains clients etaient en train de travailler … bonjour la confidentialité….
Chambre renovée et nouveau vitrage complémentaire par contre on est sur de la mini chambre ! Ventilation et aeration nulle a part la clim qui fait un boucan enorme !
Le petit dejeuner le lendemain matin : le pire ibis que je n’ai jamais vu : 7h50 : pu de jus , pu de serviette , pu d’assiette , pas d’eau , restait 1 cuillere a soupe de fromage blanc et la meme chose en fruits … sans compter la demoiselle qui servait ce matin la , pas de motivation , aucun sourire …. Oh ibis style chatenay , reveillez vous ! 110€ la nuit pour ca !?!?
