Stayed at the hotel for one night on the 14th September. We travelled from north Spain on our way back to England , we had trouble phoning around to get a room but our host here accepted us in at nearly midnight and we were greeted with a glass of wine , we were very touched by the hospitality of this gentleman. And what a gem of a place! Lovely room , breakfast and setting. Would definitely like to back here again. Thank you

Great sized room with comfy bed and all facilities. Really friendly staff. We had the residents dinner which was delicious and good value, especially nice to have a good serving of vegetables. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the courtyard where you could sunbathe or take drinks. You can walk to all the town from here and there is the pleasant Thermal Park adjacent. Easy parking except for Saturday night and Sunday morning due to market. The only down point I can give is that the Shutters didn't cut light out completely. But otherwise everything was just as you would wish.

We enjoyed an overnight stay here on our way down to Annecy. Fantastic friendly and generous host. Very welcoming and helpful owner. Comfortable room and lovely outside terrace for drinks and breakfast. Amazing facilities including indoor pool and gym.

Nous y étions à 32 personnes, groupe de Géologues et Naturalistes rassemblés par mes soins - Amis du Museum et Service éducatif... excellent hôtel-restaurant, à tous points de vue, avec piscine chauffée et Spa, ouverts jusqu'à 22 h... exceptionnel 😉😉😉 👍👍👍 Jean-Michel BRAGARD, géologue-animateur au Museum de Belgique, à Bruxelles, depuis... 40 ans !!!

Accueil sympathique à l'Hôtel Spa Thermalia, niché en plein cœur de la ville de Châtel-Guyon, à base de champagne et de gentiane, alcool local végétal très répandu dans la région. Cocktail de bienvenue très bon et salle de restaurant / bar spacieuse.
