Nous avons passé une nuit à l’Auberge Baker et notre expérience a été globalement positive. La chambre à l’étage et dans l’auberge était très spacieuse et propre, ce qui a grandement contribué à notre confort. Le personnel était également très gentil et accueillant, rendant notre séjour agréable. Cependant, un petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner. Nous avons trouvé qu’il y avait peu de choix, ce qui était décevant pour un établissement de cette qualité. Avec quelques améliorations à ce niveau, l’expérience serait encore meilleure.

This is a cozy inn located just outside of Quebec city. We stayed one night passing through to Ontario. It is a great location for visiting the area if you don't want to stay in the city. The staff are welcoming, and friendly, the surrounding property is beautiful. We booked a room above the restaurant but there was a water leak so we were given the loft which is in a separate building next to the restaurant. The loft is large with a balcony, very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were most impressed by the staff, the restaurant (fantastic meals), the location and the historical nature of the property. We will stay here again in the future. The restaurant is not to be missed, our dinner was exceptional and the included breakfast was fresh, lots of choices including delicious crepes with maple syrup.

Wonderfully rustic and friendly auberge. Our fourth time to stay there!! The restaurant is outstanding plus if staying there several days the access to Québec and surrounding area. As the building is a home which was built some 180 years ago, don't expect anything new. It's a chance to be absorbed by the colorful history of the auberge and the area.

Nous avons loué une chambre dans l’auberge. Nous avons changé de chambre. La chambre Studio n’était pas convenable pour nous. La chambre Baker était parfaite. Repas 5 services, délicieux plats, excellent service dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Je vous recommande l’expérience.

J'y suis de retour car j'ai adoré mon premier séjour. Reçu comme un VIP en arrivant. Personnel toujours aussi charmant. C'est mon 2e séjour et sûrement pas le dernier. Vous devez absolument faire un séjour à l'auberge et faire honneur à leur excellente table

Chambre très propre et calme. J'ai particulièrement adoré la salle à manger dans cette maison ancestrale datant des années 1860. Vraiment beau!! Le petit déjeuner était très bien avec beaucoup de choix.

We stayed at the little old house a few kilometres down the road from Auberge Baker which is still part of the inn. Although the history of the house is impressive and interesting (I loved the old photos on the walls), it would have felt more comfortable to have hotel/inn quality bedding and cleanliness. If you enjoy a rustic and tangible antique setting, this place might be for you. Unfortunately, our booking was not recorded properly and, arriving in the evening, we were left waiting for a couple of hours before we could access the rooms with a mere shrug of the shoulders rather than any genuine apology which would have given a much warmer welcome and impression. Crepes for breakfast were offered complimentary though.

Tout était parfait. Nous avions la Baker avec la cheminée d’origine. La maison a gardée son cachet de l’époque , avec les murs de pierres et sa belle décoration . Le déjeuner copieux était excellent. Et que dire du personnel attentionné et sympathique. C’est une belle découverte et nous y reviendrons.
