La Hacienda Marina Bay Chatan

The location is very good, the room facilities are complete and clean, and there are all kinds of food, shopping and entertainment around. It was very convenient to stay for 6 days. In fact, the hotel only has this one room, which we stayed in by ourselves. We were very satisfied in all aspects. What we hope to improve is: first, after booking through Ctrip, I did not receive the confirmation email from the hotel. I did not know the check-in password, wifi password, parking location and other key information. After arriving at the hotel that night, I had a little twists and turns and made several international long-distance calls. The staff arranged a Chinese waiter to call me back. Although it was fast, it would be much easier if there was a confirmation email; second, the hotel name and address did not match Google Maps. I had to check and search before booking to confirm it. I hope it can be corrected and updated. The parking location and hotel logo are as shown in the picture. I hope it can help others.
