아메빌 컴포트플러스는 2성급인데 아파트먼트형입니다
아메빌 메인거리까지는 걸어서 15분정도이고 500미터 근처에 편의점 패밀리마트
700미터 근처에 맥도날드가 있어 위치상으로는 나쁘지 않습니다
숙소 청결 상태는 아주 좋은데 숙박하는동안 호텔처럼 침대시트 정리 및 청소서비스는 없습니다
숙소구조는 전형적인 일본식입니다
건식변기 건식세면대 욕조있는 샤워실이 별도이고 어메니티는 샴푸, 바디워시는 객실에 비치해 있는데 나머지는 체크인시 카운터에서 직접 가져가는 방식입니다 필요하면 더 가져다 쓸수 있는데 샤워타월과 비누는 없습니다
방마다 세탁기 건조기가 갖춰져 있고 베란다에 빨래줄도 있는데 세제는 카운터에서 100엔 주고 구매하거나 근처 이온몰애서 사서 쓰면 됩니다
그리고 음식을 조리할수 있는 1구 인덕션, 전자렌지, 냉장고, 싱크대가 있는데
조리도구 및 그릇등은 렌트료 1000엔 유료였습니다 (쓰레기는 각층마다 있는 쓰레기통에 직접 분리수거 해야합니다)
방은 많이 크지는 않는데 기내용 가방 2개를 펼쳐놔도 넉넉했고 테이블이 있어 식사 하기도 편했습니다
일본식 아파트먼트형이다보니 전기콘센트가 전부 110볼트라 어뎁터 필히 가져가셔야 합니다.
주차료는 1박당 500엔에 지정공간주차제 입니다
그리고 사장님이 정말 친절하신데 아침 9시부터 저녁 8시까지만 근무하셔서 나머지 시간대는 전화로 문의해야하는 단점이 있습니다 (영어, 일본어만 하심 한국말은 인사정도만 가능)

The service at the aparthotel was perfect. It was raining heavily and they even sent me to the hotel. It was very user-friendly. The location is also good, just 2 minutes away from the bus stop and 10 minutes away from the American Village. There are Yoshinoya and Otobe at the door. Check-in is before 8 pm. If it is later than 8 pm, you can contact the hotel first.
