Good location which is near to American Village. Clean room with fully equipped amenities.

Didn't end staying at the hotel. I tired to cancel given the Typhoon that was approaching but the hotel did not accomodate.

The location is right outside American Village, very near to McDonald’s and A&W, the staff doesn’t speak English so it’s much better to communicate with them through email in English. The room is clean, it has a nice balcony (no view), decent tv to watch Netflix, good wifi & amenities, kitchen is great if you stay for over a week and you can rent out kitchenware which really comes handy. It costs 1000 yen in the booklet but the girl charged us for 3000 yen which I don’t get why but it’s whatever lol over all, great!

It was quite inconvenient to receive the password by email because it was unmanned and there was no counter. There were few amenities around, and it was about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store. The entire room was large and clean. It seemed expensive to charge 1,000 yen for parking.

American Village and convenience stores are within walking distance. There is a washing machine in the room, but no dryer. Parking is 1000 yen and the fee increases depending on the number of nights you stay, but I think it's cheap.

It was close to American Village and had good access. It was convenient that there was a microwave and a washing machine.

The facility is good because the bathroom is spacious and there is a veranda. The problem is. When I first got on the elevator, it smelled musty. Even in the bedroom, there was a bit of old air conditioning. People who are sensitive to smells might have a hard time. It is far from American Village for the price. About 700m. Instead, McDonald's, Yakiniku Hamasushi Kura Sushi Kurume Sushi Kyoto Ramen, drugstores, etc. are close, so it is convenient for eating and shopping. You can check in yourself, but they give you the key box and password in the afternoon of the same day. They don't send you a copy of your passport by email, but they call you and tell you to send it. It took about 15 minutes. The parking lot is only available on the first floor of the resort building, so send a photo by email. When checking out, write your name and room number in the envelope in the room with the key and the parking fee. 1,000 yen. Relatively, the cost-effectiveness is good.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to American Village, the location is good. Although parking spaces cannot be reserved, there are still plenty of them. I forgot to check in in advance and only remembered it when I arrived at the hotel. However, the reply was very quick. But it is better to check in in advance.

The room was very clean and conveniently located close to the beach. I booked it online, and the host sent an email the day before departure to confirm how to open the door, which was very considerate. Will stay here next time!

- The room is very large, similar to a condominium, with separate bedrooms, suitable for many people at a low price, including a balcony and windows that can be opened to let in fresh air. - The materials should be strong, no noise from outside, and can prevent cold weather. - The air conditioner works well. - There are enough kitchenware, sufficient for 4 people. If there is not enough, there are some for rent on the 1st floor, where guests can buy ingredients to cook (because the hotel does not provide breakfast). - There are laundry detergents and other necessities for rent on the 1st floor. - The corridor outside the room is quite narrow, especially the elevator hall and lobby. - When checking in, when you arrive at the hotel, you have to send an email, take a picture of the parking lot, and wait for a reply. However, the waiting time is not long (it would be great if there were staff at the hotel to provide service). - The hotel is not located in a densely populated area or tourist area. You have to walk quite a distance, which is not far from American Village (no more than 30 minutes). There are Lawson, McDonald’s, and Family Mart nearby (no more than 10 minutes). There is a convenient walkway. - There is a vending machine under the building. - There is a fair amount of parking available, but it is quite narrow and costs 1,000 yen, which is outside the city. Expect no charges - It is a 100% self-service hotel. Those who do not need self-service should consider it. However, the self-service process is easy to understand and the staff is quick to provide service via email (within 10-20 minutes).

A clean room, about 1.5 rooms. It's a simple facility like a studio. It's cheap and a place to stay for a day.

The location was good and the rooms were clean! It was unmanned so it was my first time checking in, but they responded to my inquiries right away and I had no problems staying there! I'd like to use this again when I go to Okinawa!

It seems to be the best value accommodation around America Village. You have to check in via email when you arrive at the accommodation, so it would be a good idea to find out and do it in advance.
