I asked for a parking spot right after making reservation (about one week before the stay) and they chose not to respond, and when we arrived at the place the parking was full. The person at the reception just told us she was not the one who was supposed to respond and no apologies for the inconvenience at all. Other than bad service the stay was okay.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at this Residhome, which is very well located not far from the center, the cathedral, and restaurants. The cleanliness is impeccable, which is very important to us 😀. The bed is comfortable, we sleep well. The staff is friendly and gave us useful tips for visiting the city. The gentleman who was there at checkout was very friendly, professional, and made us want to come back by telling us about the Festival of Lights, which will take place in February or March 2024. We thank him in passing ☺️
We recommend it and will stay there without hesitation if we return to Chartres one day.

Une situation idéale : l'hôtel ne se trouve pas dans le centre-ville mais à 5 minutes à pied de celui-ci. Ainsi, depuis l'autoroute, on évite la circulation dans Chartres mais on peut toutefois s'y promener. L'appartement est bien équipé, la literie est de très bonne qualité. Tout était propre. Quelques travaux de rafraîchissement pourraient cependant être faits dans la salle de bain (joints de la douche). Nous avons été bien accueillis et bien conseillés. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est varié et réapprovisionné régulièrement. L'équipe qui s'en occupe est très professionnelle, à la fois attentive et efficace ! Pour faciliter son stationnement, il est possible de réserver une place de parking (à 9€ par nuit). Si cela vous intéresse, je vous conseille de la demander avant votre arrivée, le nombre de places étant limité.

Chambre spacieuse mais près de la route beaucoup de bruit quand on a le sommeil léger. Dernier week end de vacances, une nuit. Ça aurait pu être deux si nous avions bien dormi. Notre caution a été débitée 250 euros pour une nuit à 83 euros. Le parking est payant 9 euros. Surprise quand nous nous sommes aperçus mardi qu’au lieu de nous rembourser la différence on nous avait redébité environ 160 euros. Soit 410 euros en moins de 24h . J ai averti l’établissement : aucune excuse, un simple « le nécessaire a été fait » lorsque j’ai rappelé dans l’après midi. L’erreur est humaine, mais pas deux fois sur un même dossier et pas sans excuse. C’est la base. Je reviendrai visiter Chartres mais je ne reviendrai pas ici.

L'hébergement est neuf, les studios avec balcon sont très bien agencés et spacieux. Le soucis du bien être client est au cœur des préoccupations du personnel de l'hotel. Pour l’anecdote, un matin la porte du garage était bloquée, un problème technique peut toujours arrivé, et je ne pouvais donc pas sortir mon véhicule. Pour que je ne sois pas en retard à mon rendez vous le directeur m'a déposé chez mon client et je l'en remercie encore.
