辦入住手續時的接待小姐服務很親切！但房間的隔音很差，隔壁的講話及看電視聲音聽得很清楚，無法入睡 。想反應，但櫃臺完全沒人 很崩潰！也沒有吹風機！

L’hôtel est bien situé à l’entrée de Chartres.
Il manque un peu d’insonorisation et les femmes de ménage travaillant dès 8:00 du matin est un peu gênant.

Nous étions avec mon collègue en chambre 103 au rez-de-chaussée, nous appréhendions qu'il y est du bruit dans l'hôtel car le parking était remplis. Mais la réceptionniste nous à assuré que c'était malgré tout très calme ! Et nous avons effectivement passer une nuit dans le calme. La chambre est propres et le petit déjeuner et au top ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Quirky place
Quirkily decorated and quaint hotel. Dinner available in nearby Novotel. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

L'accueil fut agréable, l'hôtel propre, la chambre propre également. Par contre l'isolation phonique est à revoir sérieusement !!! Le voisin ronflait dans la chambre à côté et je l'entendais comme si il était dans ma chambre. Je n'ai pas pu dormir correctement. Ce n'est pas acceptable.
Dommage, car le reste était plutôt bien, notamment le petit déjeuner.
