A little disappointed with no cleaning for our 3 days stay otherwise it was fine. Location is perfect, but parking isn't optimal.

酒店在歐洲來説房間算大，房間裏面很乾凈，服務要打電話去前台，就𠕇服務員及時提供服務。早餐還不錯，如果不包早餐，自己花十歐左右就可以享用早餐了。整體感覺還不錯，性價比高。是一個可以值得信賴的酒店。

見識了英國人的智慧，由於路上耽誤了行程，比較晚到拉夫堡，女兒沒趕上check in學校宿舍，衹能跟我們一起三人到這家酒店前台check in, 跟前台商量能不能付費升級房間或加床，酒店表示今天滿房，我們的房間也不能加床，然後幫我們辦了入住，之後出外吃晚飯後回到酒店，已是深夜。酒店服務人員突然來敲門，説樓下投訴我們衞生間向下滲水，要進房間檢查，進屋後看到我們是三個人，很嚴厲的説這間房間衹能住兩個人，我們必須得離開一個，我説我們check in時説明過了是突**況，我們也可以升級或房間，但你們前台稱沒有房，來檢查的工作人員説現在有房了，你們可以另外再開一間房，我們也就接受了，然後工作人員正要離開，我説衞生間漏水被投訴的問題你們不處理了嗎？工作人員竟然説沒關係，明天早上處理也可以…為了多銷售一間房，竟然如此心思縝密…另外補充一句，住了兩晚，都沒有人打掃房間，掛了需要打掃的牌子，出門與前台溝通麻煩他們安排打掃，最後都沒有
