Un charmant hôtel typique de la région, très propre. De petites chambres très confortables avec frigo dont eau offerte, bouilloire avec thé et café, affaires de toilette, une literie confortable. Nous avons petit déjeuner (un plateau complet) à la pâtisserie Cailler, une très belle adresse. A 4 minutes à pieds des bains de Charmey. Dans le village il y a quelques restaurants cependant nous avons très bien souper au 'Le Bistrot' de l'hôtel Cailler.

Tout était parfait. De l’emplacement au jardin, de la chambre et de la grande terrasse. La gentillesse et la compétence du personnel y compris. le rapport qualité-prix est aussi à relever. A recommander pour sortie entre amis ou famille

The self check-in process went smoothly with the JustIN App - makes the check-in really efficient and quick, you can go straight to your room. The room is lovely, with lots of wood and beautiful mountain views. The minimalistic design makes it still feel spacious, and you have everything you could need for a cozy stay. Breakfast - oh my goodness wow. The biggest buffet with variety of choices I've yet experienced, ranging from the Cafe's freshly baked gipfelis or brötlis, to the best cherry birchermüesli ever. Even the region's famous meringue... And such friendly service from the staff when ordering coffees for breakfast too. Will 200% recommend.

Very friendly staff. comfortable rooms. very clean. cosy. provided extra bed for our little daughter. nice location. excellent breakfast. easy access. free parking. vouchers for spa. balcony. restaurants close by. possibilities for walks nearby.

Excellent et bien placé pour découvrir la Gruyère...! Si nous avons bien compris l’hostellerie Le sapin dépend de l'hôtel Cailler car c'est à la réception de celui-ci que nous avons du faire l'enregistrement...! l'Hôtel le Sapin est située dans le centre du village de Charmey à quelques minutes à pied du parking gratuit où se trouvent les bains chauds de Charmey et l'hôtel Cailler. Pour les bains, nous avons obtenu 1 ticket de rabais (5,-chf) pour chacun de nous et aussi un bon de parking gratuit. L'entrée de l'hôtel le Sapin se fait par la pâtisserie, c'est là aussi que nous prenons les petits déjeuners généreusement bien servis dans une belle salle chaleureuse complètement rénovée. La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté de la chambre, le petit déjeuner copieux et la situation de l’hébergement nous incitent à recommander cet hôtel...! Excellente surprise. Lieu chaleureux, les chambres sont petites, mais très propres et fonctionnelles. Petit déjeuner absolument délicieux dans le nouveau tea-room qui vient d'ouvrir au rez. Très bon accueil. Proche de tout.

Sehr schön renovierte Zimmer, wo man sich wohlfühlt. Leider war die Zimmertemperatur viel zu warm eingestellt. Dh. Hier wäre noch Potenzial, um Kosten zu sparen. Das Frühstück war für uns sehr gut und ausreichend. Die nette Bedienung soll an dieser Stelle auch erwähnt sein. Als noch nicht ganz durchdachter Organisationspunkt ist: Der Schlüssel musste im Hotel Cailler abgeholt werden und beim Hotel Le Sapin hat es keine Dauerparkplätze für die Gäste. Zurzeit müssen die Fahrzeuge beim Hotel Cailler, (ca 250 m) parkiert werden. Eventuell sollte im Hotel Sapin auch ein Raum für die Ski im Winter und Bikes im Sommer geschaffen werden!?
