Please spend your money elsewhere. The smell of our room was close to unbearable. We kept the windows open our entire stay to try to help air it out. The bathroom smell was even worse, so much so we kept the door closed. We’re pretty sure it was mold due to the smell and the headache that was brought on just by being there. Didn’t stay for breakfast, woke up early to get out as soon as possible.

I love this place. It’s clean, comfortable and adorable. Great location near Victoria park for walking the neighbourhood is beautiful with all its old homes and its a 5 min walk to the downtown and great restaurants

This inn is one of the best we have ever stayed in when traveling. The hosts are so welcoming, the rooms are clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the beds was extremely comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious and there were many details that the hosts took care of. Like ... lemon water and pastries to welcome you, a fridge/freezer for your water bottles, an honour system for cold drinks, and bright spaces to sit and relax! We will be back to this lovely little inn. We highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Charlottetown.

Everything was excellent! The service was exceptional. It was a beautiful Victorian home that was beautifully decorated. The entire area was either B&B’s or Victorian rentals. It was wonderful to walk around the neighborhood and see all the beautiful yards. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. The owners were wonderful hosts . I highly recommend this place to stay.

Great location and very walkable to desirable areas of Charlettown. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and open to hearing about any issues. Breakfast is included and was very good. Beds were comfortable. Neighbourhood was peaceful.
This is a guest house. The building has been converted and therefore shows its age with decor / furniture. The rooms could do with a refurbishment.

The rooms were nice and spacious but the bathrooms were a bit small but still adequate. The staff were great and the offering of homemade cookies was awesome.
