It is a room in a distinctive house. In a quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes drive to the city center. Stayed one night, very quiet. There is parking space in front of the door. The air conditioner is a vertical unit, probably because it is an old house and does not have central air conditioning. The noise is a bit loud. Fortunately, the temperature was good at night and it wasn’t too hot so we didn’t turn it on. The owner is Chinese.

Having stayed a several historic era authentic B&B's recently we found Andy's to be different. We were not greeted by a host but left an entry code to access the building. First impressions is a grand stair case that is worn and carpets are in need of updating. Our room #201 more resembled a basic boarding house room. The room was clean and functional, with a fridge, microwave and air-conditioner but lacked character. Andy was a very amicable host but seems to be very new to the B&B business. He is open to suggestions on improving his business. The grounds could use a little tlc. Breakfast was unique but provided enough options. We actually slepted well here.
