Clean, efficient check-in. Rooms are small and don’t have a fridge, but the price reflects this. Great location, although parking is not included. I will stay again when in Charlottetown.

We liked that no children are allowed. But the type of customer are young adult who acts worst than children. All of them are drunk and loud, banging on eachother's room door talking loud. We think this hotel is made for the people who wants to party and crash. There's no tv, refrigerator, microwave in the room. Only a bed and bathroom. It was clean.

We loved this hotel. It was so convenient as we could walk to almost everything especially The Confédération Centre. Thé staff were super friendly. The room was not small. It was lovely. Although it is classed as a minimalist hotel it had everything we needed. Super clean. Thé bathroom was high tech with a huge shower! Loved it!

We stayed for two nights. An ultra-modern hotel. The room has no amenities. No refrigerator or TV. A lounge guest area with a TV and a paid coffee maker is located on the second level. You can pay for overnight parking at the end of the street. You can't enter and exit, though, or you'll be charged more. Outside the hotel, there is street parking. You would have to make sure of cost and overnight. The hotel has a bar next door and is kind of above one. It was noisy at times. We were on the fifth floor. If you are sensitive to noise, make sure you have earplugs. Walking distance to the water, a nice boardwalk and restaurants.

During our 2 week motorcycle trip to P.I. & Nova Scotia we spent a Fri. night at the Arts Hotel, the room was tiny, had no TV in the room, but they did supply you with live entertainment to 2AM, I thought I was lucky to get one of the rooms on the 3rd floor, but the music was so loud I could've been sleeping on the 10th floor and I still would've heard the band. so if your not into the partying scene The Arts Hotel isn't a place where you want to hang your head for a nice peaceful rest.

We just got back from a 2 night stay here. Every hotel employee we met was so friendly &they were a pleasure to deal with. We had a minor problem beyond anyone's control but the situation was handled immediately by staff in a prompt manner resulting in a satisfactory outcome. We would most definitely stay here again. Parking garage was right next door a $8.25 maximum for day & overnight. The hotel was very clean everywhere including the common room where we played cards both nights after walking & adventures all day. Very close to everything ... 15 min. walk to cruise terminal & harbor. Exactly what we needed & wanted & the price was reasonable compared to other properties in the area.
