Good location. Public areas also good as was breakfast. The room looked fine (108.) The thermostat on the wall is there only to distract you. Has no function. The wall mount air conditioner did not keep the air in the room from being musty and way warmer than the setting. There is a power shade that didn't function and maintenance came twice to fix it before we told them to give up. The shower controls are bizarre with inadequate pressures. Not their fault but there is a fire station very close nearby (as we found out in the middle of the night. ) With all this! VERY OVER PRICED! Will definitely not return.

We stayed overnight after having a procedure at UVA Hospital. We checked in late, and were greeted by a friendly and smiling face of Autumn, who was extremely helpful to us. When we went to our room, the TV was not working and Autumn promptly came to our room and fixed the problem. We will stay there again if ever visiting Charlottesville.

Both of our fifth-floor rooms were musty and this improved only a little with AC. Quiet, though, at least on the side away from Main St. Elevators really slow. No car charging options. Ten minute fast walk to The Lawn, shorter to the Medical Center. Starbucks across the street. Very basic breakfast.

The staff member who helped me was the sweetest! Gave me great price for next time family member is in UVA hospital, which is great since they are a 7 min. Walk to UVA hospital
