Nice Hampton Inn close to Monticello & Highlands. Additional cost to self-park. Room spacious & clean. Well-maintained hotel. Close to a teaching hospital so expect siren noise at different times

This is a very clean, attractive, well-appointed, well-run hotel. Every member of the staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Autumn at the front desk is a particular gem. Highly recommend.

Our room/suite was spacious and comfortable. It was quiet. The lighting left much to be desired. The privacy blind was missing in the bedroom, so, we had to keep the blackout shade pulled at all times, adding to the lack of adequate lighting. We had a spill and requested clean bedding. They came and made the bed, but did not provide clean bedding, which we had specifically requested in person at the front desk and via the text protocol they asked us to use. They never acknowledged texts, so we didn’t know if they were received.
We definitely would stay here again, just be sure they pay attention if you ask for something important and I don’t recommend using the text system they use.

This is a fantastic property. The staff were top-notch and the room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff took care to keep the buffet area very clean throughout. Overall, the front desk staff was also fantastic and helpful when I needed to extend my reservation. Highly recommend.
