We enjoyed our stay at Kasa Edison House. Dilworth is a lovely community, our kasa was walking distance from lots of food options, on top of being a clean and comfortable room with all that we needed and more. The location is great, very convenient and walkable to many popular areas and parks!

Rooms were spacious, clean/ modern/ updated, location was awesome with nearby coffee, grocery, bars, restaurants. Easy to check in & out. Plenty of parking. Safe area. We stayed & walked to game @ panthers stadium (1-2 miles away). Highly recommended.

Looking for somewhere to stay around Dilworth, I couldn't believe my luck finding this hidden little gem. It is clean and modern, with a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. I especially enjoyed the patio with the fire pit. It is a nice place to sit after dinner. And so many options for dinner within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was a lovely, well appointed little studio with a rather large kitchenette. It had a nice walk out patio area that was made better by the facility location. It's in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with older, upscale homes and is close to restaurants, the hospital and some shops. I love the virtual check in and virtual office. Every time I sent a question I got an immediate and helpful response.

This place is kind of a ‘brave new world’ concept in which there are basically no amenities. No front desk, no maid service, no restaurant or bar, but there is a kitchen which is stocked with dishes and has a nice refrigerator and stove with microwave. So at least one can make meals. But wait! There’s no chair!! So I had to sit on the bed with a plate of food perched on my lap. There is no thermostat, which means you take whatever temperature they decide it will be. Also, the TV is to the side of the bed so one must crane one’s neck to watch it—fun!! There is no closet nor hangars. How marvelous for looking one’s best, isn’t it?? Ok, it’s clean and in a nice neighborhood, whatever, but the only thing going for it is the price. Otherwise, don’t bother.

The cleanest and nicest place I have ever stayed! I loved how everything was contactless but if you needed help someone was available. I also liked how affordable it was! I will definitely be coming here again and also recommending others to stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at Kasa Edison House. Our apartment was beautiful, loved the stylish new furniture and artwork. Getting all the door codes via email was a new experience for us, but it worked well. Perfect location in the Dilworth neighborhood near where our family lives.

Such a cute little space! Wish we could have stayed longer. The bed was very comfortable and wifi was fast enough for video calls. Would definitely back in the future. Thanks Kasa!
