Very clean. Very quite. Ideal for short-medium stay, with full sizes kitchen and wash+dryer. Great position. Only downfall is Internet, which is not stable enough nor suitable for leisure (youtube streaming) nor business purpose (calls and zoom) - nor in the appartament nor in the common spaces. Other than this, a great choice! Would come again.

Was sent an email upon departure that they were charging me a pet fee without taking to me. I did not have a pet. I called their customer service who said I could not speak to a manager or someone on location. Instead they email me saying decision is final. What a joke of a company to accuse someone of something they didnt do, charge them and then refuse to speak with them. Worst Customer service I’ve seen, 2 calls, 1 hour on the phone and a waste of my time. Never again

Sorry, but I cannot recommend this place. When scheduling you don't know what apartment you will get. The place was dirty, judging by the LR rug, the bedroom carpet, the stickiness of the bathroom floor (spilled soda?), and the bottom of our white socks after walking around on the vinyl flooring. The tub/shower combo was difficult for us to get into with its standard 18" height due to mobility issues. However, it also didn't have any grab bars making a difficult situation even more dangerous. There were black spots on the ceiling above the tub. And the bathroom walls were poorly painted and streaked with stains. The corner of the LR rug had an upturned corner making a trip hazard. Also, we rented for 6 nights and it didn't have any hangers. Management was contacted, and they came with hangers and to tape down the run corner the next day. The sofa cushions were stained

Great room with comfortable memory foam mattress and crisp sheets. Everything was spotless. Building facilities included a very good gym, swimming pool and lounge space. The location is in a pleasant neighborhood and walkable to shops. We had a small hiccup at the start of our stay, but Kasa management took care of it quickly. I would definitely recommend this place!

The building had wonderful amenities. Our stay was very reasonable and a great value!!! The gym was stellar with all the needed equipment and the view out the picture windows was inspiring. The pool area was gorgeous with many private sitting choices. The state of the art coffee/ latte/ tea/ hot cocoa machine was a hit all day long. We enjoyed 4th of July fireworks from the 6th floor rooftop patio- splendid. The family rooms inside and outside were very inviting. The actual apartments were modern and had everything we needed! Each had its own beautiful patio as well. The building has a beautiful outdoor park right across the street which connects to the little sugar creek greenway, which connects the entire city. There is a fabulous farmer’s market T,Fri,sat at corner of kings/Moorehead only 2 blocks away. And a wonderful market across the street that is open daily. I’ll be looking for Kasa from now on for all my travel needs. Thank you so much for making my family reunion so special! Mary Allen AZ

Beautiful condo with luxurious amenities in a vibrant neighborhood and less expensive than a hotel in the same location. Super clean, comfortable, with easy access to supermarkets, shopping, and park. Perfect for my trip with easy traffic to my business destination. Instructions on check in were very clear- just followed step by step. Bumped into the property manager, Vanessa- she is a gem. Appreciated the covered parking and printer in the business center. Would definitely stay again for business or leisure.
