The room is clean and tidy, the staff are very nice, the surrounding environment is good, and most importantly, the hotel not only provides coffee but also hot water, so there is no problem making tea, etc.!

The hotel was nice, but there was a big baseball tournament going on and breakfast was slammed. The housekeeping was real spotty (for example, they used a queen fitted sheet on our king bed, so it kept coming off. Also, shampoo, shower gel, etc. were empty and never checked). I asked, via text, to have the room serviced after they had neglected to clean it. I received an answer that they would do it when I had removed the "do not disturb" sign from the door. Here's the punchline: the "do not disturb" sign had never been up. I let them know, but never heard back.

Very pleasant stay. Hotel was located in a safe area, convenient to the interstate. Inside the hotel, it was clean and updated. Plenty of towels and soap were available. The 24-hour coffee bar was also a nice touch. Only a couple minor complaints. First would be the continental breakfast. It was acceptable but could use some improvement (like variation of meats, why serve only sausage every single day?). Second minor complaint would be the staff. They were friendly for the most part, but not overly so. They could’ve been a bit more welcoming. When we were leaving with our luggage, the front desk clerk saw us but didn’t say a word, not a hello or goodbye. And when I later turned in the room key, even then she said “thank you,” but no “thank you for staying with us, Hope you enjoyed your stay, please come back to visit when you’re in town again, etc.” None of that. Granted it’s a minor quibble, but little things like that distinguish a guest’s experience from good to great (ie 4 versus 5 star reviews). Overall though, I’d recommend this hotel if you’re in town for a visit.

Pros - Huge room (2 bed plus pullout) Super friendly staff Clean Accommodating Breakfast choices Nice lobby Easy parking lot Cons - Pool hours (closes at 7pm) Not enough flat surfaces in room (ie no dresser) Overall - would stay again.

THE FACILITY IS VERY NICE. THE FOOD SERVICE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. I stay at Hampton Inn for the convenience of a fast & adequate breakfast of your, fruit, eggs & black tea. None of these items were available. There was nothing gluten-free to eat except peanut butter and skim milk & only green tea.
