Housekeeper stole my debit card off the nightstand during the room clean. Then proceeded to spend almost $1000 across downtown Charlotte, including smoke shops and bars. I've tried NUMEROUS times to contact corporate or customer service regarding the theft and they will not attempt to resolve the issue at all. I've filed a police report and would like to press charges against the thief staff member, but they seem to be protecting them instead. Omni seems to be ok with employee thieves and frauds. Will never stay at an Omni ever again.

Excellent hotel for a large group. This is one of the best experiences I've had in all my years booking large company events. Professional staff, true hospitality, beautiful hotel, valet staff awesome, Banquet Team the best EVER (Salman and Esmelda), Meetings Team (Rebecca and Rodrick) set the bar on service, kindness and attention to detail. The AV Team lead by Taylor was spot on. Amazing!!

The hotel’s staff was very kind. Chris from Valet was amazing. My room was clean and cozy but my view was horrible. It was facing the pool and outside patio which always seems to be under renovations. I also wish that was mentioned prior to check in. Nice ambience and great location.

Isabella and the entire staff at this Omni made our entire stay beyond exceptional! We were welcomed in and taken care of like royalty !

Overall great location for doing city things, Nascar Hall of Fame, shoos & restaurants. We loved the pedestrian bridge to the other side of the street that was a nice perk. But for the price I was disappointed at the lack of amenities and all the extra charges that Omni us known for. The pool was under construction and the gym was only open to adults so my 14-yr-old wasn't able to use it. We originally had a 3-day stay but left after the first night. We booked a hotel that had pool & gym for a lot less and the room way bigger & nicer in a beautiful area We've stayed with Omni before and cringed through all the many extra charges for everything for the sake of the beautiful grounds & amenities, but its just flat out of control now-- it used to be $30 a day for parking, now its $60. Too much! They presented it as $30 a day and $30 at night. Just say $60 because I don't want to pay for stuff while I'm sleeping! Unfortunately this will be our last stay with Omni.

Writing this review at 3am because there’s no way I’m going to get any sleep. The music from one venue in the area is being played at such a ridiculous level that I can hear every word in my room. It’s still going strong at 3am. I called the front desk to see if I could get moved to the other side of the hotel, but no rooms were available. In addition to the music, it sounds like every other car has a muffled engine and is drag racing up and down the street. VROOM VROOOM…every other minute. This area is just a noise nuisance. Either this hotel is built cheaply with no sound proofing, or the city needs to do a better job enforcing the noise ordinance. …oh, and the fancy pool is closed for maintenance This is ridiculous. Not what you’d expect staying at an Omni hotel.

Great hotel in the heart of Uptown Charlotte !!! Nice, huge, clean rooms. Nice service. Within walking distance from multiple restaurants, clubs, sporting events.

The room we had was amazing. The room service was great. It was the best club sandwich and fries that I ever had. The workers there are awesome, polite and really good at their jobs. Thank you, Omni hotel!
