Very centrally located to concord and downtown Charlotte. Plenty of amenities and things to do inside and outside of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and the price for our 2 night stay was extremely budget friendly compared to other brands in the area.

I cannot see why this place is as highly rated as it is. The beds were awful, the king shook like the San Andreas fault whenever anyone moved, and the sofa bed was thin foam on concrete. The shower dripped (more like leaked) all over the soap dispenser meaning you had to turn off the shower to get a handful of soap. The bathroom door had no lock and the veneer was peeling off the bottom. The staff was lovely however, kudos to them.

I rented a room for my father in law this week. Check in was smooth. His vehicle was broken into overnight and gone through. Police said this is common at this location and the staff filled out an incident report but indicated the lot is not video monitored as posted. This means an insurance claim and more money out of pocket. They did not comp the room or offer to pay damages.

I love Drury for its economical price, it’s classy hotel and it’s wonderful breakfast and complimentary happy hour. We travel a lot and compete in a lot of Bridge tournament’s every year and given the opportunity we always choose Drury over the host hotel. The highlight is the staff which is always courteous and friendly.

Stayed three nights, very pleased. Room was clean. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly service from all the staff, from the front desk to breakfast to cleaning.
