The hotel was very nice and clean!! The staff was wonderful!!!!

This was my first time staying with this hotel chain, and overall, I had a good experience. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff were absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. I would stay here again and feel comfortable recommending it to others. That said, I didn’t give a perfect rating due to a few issues. For the price I paid (which may be lower for members), the value felt slightly off. I travel frequently, and by comparison, the room was on the smaller side for the cost. We also ran into a couple of maintenance issues. First, the shower wasn’t draining properly. When I tried to check the stopper, it came completely off—turns out the piece it connects to was bent. I ended up pulling out a large wad of hair, which may have caused the problem. The shower drained better afterward, but it wasn’t a great first impression. Second, the toilet required you to hold the handle down for an extended time to fully flush. One of us likely didn’t do that at some point, which led to a clog, and we had to borrow a plunger from the front desk. Lastly, the air conditioner took several hours to cool the room down on the first day. To be fair, it was around 90°F outside, so that might have been a contributing factor. Despite these minor inconveniences, the positives—especially the staff—made the stay worthwhile. A few maintenance tweaks and this would be an easy five-star experience.

Difficult to get in/out of. Slow check in and Market Cafe purchase process. Fridge in room didnt work. Older property. Small, compact bathroom diffucult to open/close door d/t space. No safe. Love happy hour, free popcorn and drinks in lobby.

Very nice large lobby with seating, good breakfast and happy hour buffet, enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool . Comfy bed. Comvienent location. I'd stay there again.

Friendly staff, bright and clean. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast, fresh eggs and great biscuits and gravy .

Everything was good, all employees were very professional. Good food clean and quiet. Very inviting to return. Very helpful at the desk, coming and going.
