I didn't like the idea of having to scan on my phone to be able to order food to room.
Also not having a mini fridge in my room or microwave for how much I paid for the stay.
I liked the convenienve of getting to my room easy.

Absolutely first class. When we checked in they ask me what the occasion was for our visit. We were getting away to celebrate our 25th anniversary. When we came back from dinner there was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Everything is SO ELEGANT! The staff is incredibly friendly. Rooms are gorgeous and spotless. Ballantyne never disappoints!!!

Nice place and nice staff but exterior needs serious cleaning or power wash plus my window view was covered in cobwebs and dirt.
It’s gotta be the first resort I’ve stayed at with no fridge- oh they have a mini bar fridge loaded with overpriced amenities but you can’t even stick a bottle of water in it to keep cold!
And if you like a coffee first thing in your room you’ll need to throw on a robe and head to the lobby- complimentary yes, inconvenient absolutely.
Only 1 restaurant onsite as well, good food though.

The room on the park side hit the mark for us. We left the balcony door open just to listen to the fountains as we unwound from the day. Staff was friendly. It was nice the had both an indoor and outdoor pool. We enjoyed the service poolside for drinks and food.

The service was excellent, the staff who assist you at the time of your arrival, the one who assisted me speaks Spanish and English, very friendly, helped me plan my stay. I don't remember the name, but thank you, very kind and we loved everything.

I was amazed by the hospitality. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the lobby. I am telling friends and family about the decor, staff professionalism. My room was VERY clean . The food was excellent. I highly recommend the Ballantyne .
