I can’t describe the smell in this hotel!! It’s filthy and it should be against the law that they are able to take your money and tell you your booking is non refundable…. What!!!?? The location is not safe! The room smells like smoke, updated rooms looks nice but I can’t get past the smells. It’s like spraying perfume over funk. There are drug ******* hanging all over this hotel, customer service is very very poor and watch how they leave a reply under this review as if they have taken care of the situations! They should be ashamed of this establishment. They should be locked up for false advertisement and Highway robbery!!!

Dangerous and not clean

We didn’t actually spend the night because outside area of the building look so u safe. There a lot of people just questionable people hanging around the building. The driveway facing the front of the building was basically an alley with dumpster for neighboring businesses. Broken down cars in the parking lot, what appeared to be a questionable transaction behind a dumpster, and the general appearance of the building lead us to attempt to cancel our reservation however, the desk clerk and Choice Hotels refused to help out. We left for a different hotel and accepted that the loss of our reservation fee was a lesson learned and worth the feeling of safety.

While the room was thankfully very clean, I did not feel safe. There were several sketchy individuals in and outside the hotel. Both nights there was a lot of loud yelling, strange noises, and music. I was very concerned to leave my room in the morning and uneasy walking to/from my car. They also have a 5 working day return policy for the $50 security deposit. I’ve never experienced this before. I booked it as part of a vacation package and will definitely do more research next time.

The hotel was great. It was nice the the manager remembered me. I love that there is a variety of food in walking distance. There is also a local bus stop nearby. The price is great no need to pay a car note for a hotel room. Again just wish they had a meat for continental breakfast

This stay was out of control. It's a free-for-all with very loud music until 2 am, too much "traffic" on backside of hotel. Not very clean (lobby, stairs, garbage cans, parking lot). Would not prefer.

Called to book a room through a travel site after a late flight to avoid sleeping in the airport. This hotel is nothing like advertised. The front lobby looks like it hasn't been cleaned since 1972. The placed smelled of cigarette smoke and filth. The elevator barely shut, the carpets were sticky (yes, my feet stuck to the carpet). Once in the room we noticed that the floor had dark stains that had set in the carpet. There was a thick layer of dust on the TV. The air conditioner vents were black with crud. There appeared to be a bullet hole in the headboard. The bathroom floor was extremely dirty and there appeared to be a streak of blood down the front of the toilet. Shower curtain was missing. The smell in the room was unbearable. Needless to say we did not stay. The desk clerk was very understanding and did give us assistance in receiving a refund. To top off the experience we witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot waiting for an Uber to a different hotel.
