Very disappointed, cleanliness was lacking, black mildew was in the shower, charged 2x for valet, $250 incidental never returned, will not come back

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Courteous staff. I was disappointed that the carpet was torn and messed up and the bed seemed worn and not comfortable for what the rate on this room was. Valet staff was very courteous and helpful as well.

Very clean and organized place. Staff is absolutely amazing and friendly constantly saying nice things to us. Housekeeping always made sure we had everything we needed. I will only stay here if I get the chance to go back that way!

The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. This is the third year I have stayed for our annual business meetings and I will continue to return because the service is stellar. Great location and great views of the city!

Wonderful hotel with clean rooms, king suites have full kitchens and the views are amazing. Breakfast had a variety of options and was amazing. Hotel areas are clean and well cared for. We will absolutely stay here again!!

海厄特豪斯夏洛特/申特城 Hyatt House Charlotte/Center City 地理位置不錯，近Charlotte Transportation Center（夏洛特巴士總站），也靠近藍色電車輕軌站和金色有軌路面電車站，交通非常方便，市區也近，可徒步逛市區。 旅館有些老舊，還算可以，缺點客務人員比較鬆散馬虎，房間整理不是很乾淨，既然有拉圾沒完全處理，房間也有飛蟲，通告大廳前臺人員，還不錯，服務態度誠懇，直接把房間升等，換成大又有景觀的客房，值得表揚。
