I booked this hotel for my boss on a business trip. I have stayed there many times and the experience was very good. The hotel not only has a good environment, but also convenient transportation around it. The hotel staff also provided good service. Highly recommended

The Residence Inn shares a lobby with the Marriott Courtyard. While staying at the Residence Inn I wandered down to the lobby and went to the Courtyard bar, where the bartender (Gwendolyn) made me one of the best Old Fashions I’ve ever had. Not only was the drink amazing, but she was very pleasant (the way bartenders used to be) and attentive. While sitting at the bar I encouraged other patrons to try the incredible work of art made by Gwendolyn. Bottom line if you ever have reason to stay in the Charlotte area, make your way to the bar in the Marriott Courtyard Northlake and visit Gwendolyn to make your visit top notch!!

There was mold in the shower. I asked to be moved, but the 2nd room had mold in the shower as well. There were several dark hairs found in the clean towels and on the bed sheets. Disgusting. The whole entire hotel was dirty- trash overflowing and the pool area was a mess. There was a bright green stain all over the wall behind the toilet, it looked like pee that someone tried to bleach clean. The carpet in the room was stained and there was mold around the mini fridge in the room. Same mini fridge that did not work (not cold). I would NEVER stay at the hotel again!!!

By far the best hotel room I have ever stayed in and I travel 12+ weeks a year so I spend a lot of time in hotels! I had a 7th Floor Suite and it was simply amazing with everything I wanted and needed. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, GREAT STAFF, CONVIENENT LOCATION, AFFORDABLE I could go on and on. Just check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel in a bad area. Stayed here on May 14, 2022. Very nice hotel. Received wake up call just after 430am asking me to “come downstairs to speak with the officer about your truck”. My auto and two others were broken into just after 4am. Per the officer, there’s been an increase in crime in this area. Not the experience I wanted; from the wake-up call to spending half the day vacuuming glass from the truck, taping plastic over the window, calling insurance. After driving the parking lot and road just outside the hotel I found 6 other piles of busted glass. I changed hotels - to a different town. Don’t stay here.

Nous avons passés seulement 1 nuit dans cet hôtel mais avons eu le temps d'apprécier le cadre. La chambre était spacieuse, un studio bien agencé avec une bonne cuisine, la piscine était bien chauffée ce qui était très agréable. Le mobilier extérieur était sale mais cela est compréhensible de part leur localisation. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas parfait mais suffisant.

The front desk supervisor Roxanne Millwood was the rudest associate I've ever meet at a hotel. She needs to find a job that is not associated with people period. From the moment I walked in she was being rude to the man in front of me and I thought maybe it was him no its HER. Marriott you can do much better.
