I booked this hotel for my boss on a business trip. I have stayed there many times and the experience was very good. The hotel not only has a good environment, but also convenient transportation around it. The hotel staff also provided good service. Highly recommended

Here in Charlotte for a weekend to attend a memorial. Selected this hotel because it was selected by other family members. I was leary based on reviews I've saw. While the staff has been accommodating it does not make up for how rundown and dirty the rooms are. I've stayed at many Courtyards and this does not feel like one. Our first room had food stains on the furniture, mold in shower and many stains on the wall. We were moved to a second room which was a bit better but still feels dirty and stain ridden. It also smells. Very disappointing.

The location of the property was good. The carpet in the room has an odor and the rooms are small. I didn’t like the fact that the property charges for breakfast.

Great stay, loud outside’! NO TOWELS
Room was wonderful! Bed super comfy! Front desk service super nice! Buttttt the outside noise was super loud! You could hear everything! There was only 1 towel and 4 washcloths in the room called downstairs since there was 4 of us and they only brought us 1 towel
