The location is good as it is close to the airport
It seems old and I didn't feel anything particularly good about it.
I don't have much to eat on the dinner menu.
Looks like we'll have to eat outside

Great location if want proximity to airport. Free shuttle is convenient. Friendly helpful front desk staff. Indoor pool. My only disappointment is self-laundry out of service. Super inconvenient as i had to go to a laundromat which took away rrom my time.

In 35 years of travel and as a Gold Mariott Member i have never encountered such an instance. I arrive at the hotel @10 pm to be told that the lifts are not working and i will need to climb 3 floors or they can cancel my booking and refund my money. I plead with the lady that i have had 2 back surgeries . I go back to the car drop my bag and and make a small carry on to climb 3 floors. They ask me to give it in writing that i am responsible for climbing up which i refused. They threw me out of the hotel and threatened to call the cops. Apparentlt the elevator has been broken down for 2 days and they had no decency to inform their guest or made alternative arrangement. Bad management and pathetic attitude. The AGM Sophia refused to come on the phone whilst she should have been there ensuring that guests find a viable way out. Pathetic

I stayed here for one night on a work trip. As a Marriott ambassador I booked two rooms via the App and when I arrived my room had been upgraded to a suite. The suite was big and bright with a fridge and coffee machine. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean but the furniture and carpet have a lot of big stains that need to be cleaned. The room was comfortable as the AC ran well and through the night. Like most airport hotels you can hear planes but this didn’t keep me awake. The gym is small but functional. We didn’t park a car and didn’t have any safety issues while we were there. All of the staff were friendly and this small and efficient hotel. About 90 minutes after I checked out I realized I’d left my AirPods plugged in next to the bed. I went back to the hotel and the housekeeper had put them in a bag with the room number so they could be recovered. I really appreciated how honest and thoughtful she was.

Location was great for the conference Center and staff were friendly. Had cold water in room both night. I am sure it was just an isolated incident but felt staff could have offered something for the inconvenience rather than just a sorry.
