Shortly after I checked in on the evening of 3/30/25, someone smashed the window of my truck and four other trucks in the parking lot. We were all parked in the front parking lot right outside the front desk where the front desk clerk would have heard the robbers or would have at least seen them on the monitors that cover the parking lot and show in real time what’s happening in the parking lot just steps from the door. Once the thefts were complete and one of the five victims discovered the vandalism and theft, the hotel made no effort to let the rest of us know that our vehicles were now open to the elements and further possible theft. They let us discover them ourselves one by one. When I told the new front desk clerk about my break in, she was unsurprised. Just shook her head yes. I asked why that reaction and she told me that several cars had been broken into and that she had not been on her shift long, that the prior clerk knew about the break ins and that nobody told her when she started her shift. She asked me to come back later in the day to see the manager. I did. But the manager wasn’t there and I wouldn’t hear from him for 12 hours (to tell me “just so you know, we’re not responsible; we had a sign up saying that.”) When I came back, though, I found someone’s wallet and contents and a nice ring strewn around the parking lot. No one had bothered to get it. I gathered it up and turned it into the front desk. I hope they got it to her but not confident they did. From the reviews reading here and on Google, this exact crime is a very common occurrence on this property.

Needs Updating It was sufficient for a stop. The rooms and beds need updated.
