The first room didn't have the sofa bed I had reserved, so I had to move once. In the second room, when I pulled out the sofa bed to make a bed, there were dead hair and bugs all over the bed. The staff was very apologetic and kindly changed my room. The hallway was a mess because it was being remodeled.

This hotel was very nice. Jae, at front desk was exceptional at her job. She was very friendly and accommodating. Overall customer service was excellent!
I wasn't crazy about the breakfast but definitely enjoyed my room. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Rosalyn, at the front desk, was especially helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again.

Good hotel terrible service with breakfast.
Guest services was great, breakfast was terrible and the breakfast attendant was rude and cussed and fussed about everything.

My husband & I stayed at this wonderful property en route from Detroit to Hilton Head. We had a breeze booking online about an hour before our arrival. The afternoon/evening receptionist Taye was so incredibly friendly, accommodating & warm. Our room was very clean & cozy--a perfect Saturday night after a 10-hour drive. There was lots of room and natural light, and the bed gave us a great night's sleep. Breakfast the next morning was yummy & hit the spot. Rosalyn, the morning receptionist was also very sweet & happy. We're so glad we stayed here ＜3
