Another choice would be better if you have ability. Long wait at the airport for the van .late check out. Is privilege of Marriott Bonvoy members of course that is based upon availability. Front desk clerks seems spring loaded to say no to everything. The elevator at the lobby was out so you had to walk down to the end of the long carpeted hallway, take elevator, go up to your room and then walk back down that hallway to your room. On the positive side the room is clean, quiet and Airconditioning worked well. In room coffee is lousy. I used points but the cash rate is $300 note. Way overpriced.

If you need a hotel to stay at for an early flight so you aren't driving hours the morning of a 6am flight, then this hotel is for you! It had everything we needed but the most important quality was the shuttle to the airport around 4am. You can't beat the convenience.

Marium was extremely nice while checking us in. The room was up to my expectations. The Bistro was open until 1am which was perfect due to us getting in late. Just minutes away from airport. Perfect for a 12 hour layover. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here at the Billy Graham Courtyard in Charlotte . The accommodations and customer service here is amazing ! Jese checked me in and got me in right away. Her customer service was very welcoming and explained the whole layout of the hotel very well so I wouldn’t get lost or need to ask questions where anything is. She’s truly a great receptionist. Will definitely be staying her again and recommend all my friends !

This was not a planned visit but still quite disappointing. The shuttle service to the airport was declined upon arrival even when global disruption was taking place, this hoted did not assist. The taxi fare from Charlotte Airport was $25. Was informed the next day there would be hourly shuttle service starting at 9:00 am. The closest elevator to the room was out of service. In the morning the expensive bistro did not have orange juice, a pretty common item for breakfast. The room did not have a desk chair. For $216 this was not what I expected and really not in line with Marriott quality.

Starting with the shuttle driver, he was very very professional. Lotta good info about the area. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing then the room super clean smells really good. I am totally impressed with this hotel. Thank you so much. I love love, love the front desk staff these young ladies were very nice. Very customer service oriented, and I loved it. It really really made my day.

This is a hotel American Airline sent me when they screwed up my flight. I called the number I was told to call when I arrived in CLT. They knew nothing of my reservation. I called back and a less than friendly voice told me to go to arrivals door 1. I waited 35 minutes for the shuttle. There were more passengers in the same situation as I, than the shuttle could hold (by far). When we got to the hotel there were only 2 folks available to check a long line of us in. The restaurant only had 1 person to take orders. The room lacked the normal things I expect at a Marriott. No lotion, no toothpaste, no sort of toiletries. The walls were very thin. The elevator was broken. There was absolutely no compassion, friendliness or interest in the guests. I had to catch the 4am shuttle back to the airport. Hideous music was blaring in the hotel lobby and the airport shuttle. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee (if you don’t count the instant stuff in the room). The restaurant has no service before the 4am bus. This hotel does not deserve the Marriott label and American Airlines has deteriorated to the point it is no longer recognizable as the airline it once was.

This past weekend my flight was delayed for 2 days straight. After being in the Charlotte(NC) Airport for 24 hours on standby! My family chose to remain close to the airport at Courtyard by Marriott Billy Graham (321 W Woodlawn Rd Charlotte, NC 28217). After we checked in, everything went as expected! The next morning I had no complaints about the service I had received nor were there ANY bad encounters with staff or other residents on sight! Early the next day I accessed the bar for a few beverages. From around 7 am to 8 am, I sat in the area that had an outdoor firepit with a large area of seating, where I was alone the entire time. Until the point, where I was addressed and promptly kicked out for my response to an egotistical staff member by the name of Christine Sieber, who gave me her business card. Learning that she was the regional director of operations. The encounter was that she approached me and asked me what or how I was doing, I replied promptly, "Minding my business"! She became unhinged by my reply. Threatening me with the police and she wanted me off the premises immediately! My response to this was, first I would be heading back to the room to gather my family and property! I tried asking what this was about and she just kept threatening me with the police! The only reason I could understand that she had for being this way was my reaction when she startled me out of know with engaging in unwanted conservation. Again, I never had a reason why she was trying to engage with me, as far as an argument or heated situation at all or at any time! She did not have control over my response and she did not like it! So, she put me and my family out!!! I would NEVER recommend this location! I hope she is RETREATED in customer service, seeing how she works in the hospitality industry. Otherwise, the room was beautiful and my experience was swell until I was kicked out due to Christine's EGO getting in her way. And I maintained more professionalism in that matter of being put out on the spot!
