Staybridge Suites Charlotte Ballantyne

My stay was pleasant and the staff was awesome. Check in went smoothly with the front counter attendant greeting with a smile. If I was having a bad day, that gesture surely would’ve turned my day around.

Visited for my birthday weekend. First entrance to the hotel was a cold greeting at the front desk. After getting to our room 105 the fridge was warm and 4 ice cubes in the freezer. Freezer ice maker not working. My husband is an 82 year old Veteran so we requested a handicap room. Only one grab bar in the back of the toilet which is an elementary toilet. It is sitting so low to the floor. Shower is out of date and no grab bars. So we decided to just go to bed only to realize after putting on the AC that we were in the HVAC room. The unit started a loud screaking noise in the middle of the night. The next day we went down the hallway for breakfast which was well stocked and breakfast was good. While passing the front desk I ask for a med or large garbage bag and the young lady was on her cellphone with u tube so she treated me as if I were bothering her. She said to me I don't have one you will have to find housekeeping. I just went back to my room and got my husband ready for the pool and hot tub. We get to the hot tub which should of had been a highlight of the trip but only to find out that they are aware that it doesn't work. No sign of any kind just misleading the guest. Last straw was the fact that they have 2 grills and people just claim them for the whole day. One lady claimed one from 11:00 am until 10 pm. I was so disappointed and I don't think I will be back.

Every stay is a memorable experience. The practices of this hotel are very customer friendly. Positive staff interaction really increases the value to price ratio. Particularly CJ, Deshia and Nikki made my day. I plan to stay no place else while in Charlotte on business, unless of course they are sold out.

It is a great hotel very clean and comfortable i definitely recommend staying here. And the staff was very accommodating and pleasant the rooms have plenty of space and the bathroom as well and it's in a great location with plenty of places to eat near by

may 9 2025 i had an amazing time doing a scavenger hunt and swimming with girlfriends! ms tonja is the sweetest ever! she is just the sweetest! thank you so much and i will definitely be coming to stay here again! staff couldn’t be nicer in general and it is very tidy here!

Great staff very helpful beautiful hotel.. will stay again next time! Pool was warm hot tub was hot clean everything very convenient to all of the Charlotte metro areas. 2nd time here and we will be back the manager went above and beyond for our one light bulb out issue and it was handled within 5 minutes ….nothing else to say it was very clean comfortable accommodating… and we are picky hotel people…
