Again NO PARTIES! - Gas water heater available at additional charge, if wanted please ask on your reservation and ask before check in. water can take one day or two to warm up depending of exterior weather. • ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request; max number of overnight guests is 10. - NO SMOKING - Guest must not tamper with or cover outside security devices, ring door bell or cameras. - Pool addendum might need to be sign after confirmed reservation (within 24 hours) - Host is not responsible for safety of guests/visitors in pool activities - Any guest in reservation MUST verify identity with the platform or host within a time manner. No access will be granted and no refunds or exceptions if ID is not recognize. We take serious to identify the person who is actually staying in our home and like any person/hotel we need to confirm who is staying in. • All guests are liable for any and all damage to the home and common areas, including legal fees. - A refundable deposit might be require at booking • Illegal drugs are not permitted on our property. • Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises. • No smoking of any kind in our home – guests will be charged a $250 fine per day of staying plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit. - An additional cleaning fee of $395 total to be applied on longer reservations, 3 weeks and over for deeper cleaning. • Guests must treat our home with respect please keep the place tidy. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around. Place all used dishes in the dishwasher. Turn on the dishwasher before checking out. The dishwasher detergent is in the cabinets. Counters and cooktop must be wiped down after cooking and clean on checkout. • Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans or frying pans. • Please remove all footwear at the door of our house. • Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage (adjacent near garage bins are available outside) before the smell fills my home. - Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt or any other unsanitary messes. Please use paper towel found in the kitchen instead. • All makeup must be removed before using the pillows. Removal of makeup from the linens is very difficult and time-consuming. • Laundry detergent is provided to guests to complete any necessary laundry. Please do not make excessive use of the laundry facilities. Leave the washing machine door slightly open when finished. Remember to empty the lint trap at the front of the dryer before and after every use. - Fireplace is only decorative. DONOT intend to turn on. We have never used it. Damages will be fully guest responsibility. • Candles are only to be used in the rare event of a power outage. They are decorative elements and not for regular guest use as they pose a significant fire hazard. • Late check-outs and early check-ins are challenging since the listing might be booked back to back. Depending on the circumstance, fees for an early check-in and/or late check-out may range from $50 up to fully cost of the nightly rate of the reservation, and that will not grant you the night. - For your security and ours cameras are on but are not constantly monitored, located ring main door, back parking, back swimming pool Fee summary: We take our VRBO business and these rules very seriously.
