1. The hotel is well located in a wealthy area. It shares the public resources of a building (such as parking lot) with Hilton Garden Inn, and each has its own lobby and restaurant, which are well managed;

The light in the shower area did not work
The shower gel container was empty

The mirror on the wall in the main area was dirty/spotty and needed cleaning

The facility was overall in good shape, but there were a few maintenance issues with my room; a wall HVAC was not firmly attached to the wall and looked like someone had tried to stand or sit on it, and the drapery above it was mangled.
