Hands down, this hotel made me feel at home. Staff was wonderful very attentive to our needs if we had any. It was pet friendly, which was a plus for me As far as location it had lots of store to mingle to in walking distance. As far as the Crime rate goes is the same as any other motel. Hotels can't help that it's not their fault. I did read about loso location has got way better than it was over a year ago. That says something. I felt safe. I would not bass my rating on outside. It would be with the hotel and hotel only. I appreciate the staff and will be looking forward in staying again soon.

This facility does not look great from the outside. But the room itself was clean and quite nice. Bed was comfy. WiFi and TV remotes worked just fine. Check-in process was smooth. Many decent restaurants are nearby. Now for the other side. The elevator and hallway were dirty. The ice machine on the second floor was not working (had to go to the 6th floor for ice). Printter at the front desk was not working, so they were unable to give us a receipt. Clientele appeared kind of shabby.

There were problems ranging from "inconvenient" to "Security issue" in my 3 night stay. 1. shortly after check in, a middle aged man with a beer in his hand opened my door with a key card he had which he claimed belonged to a different room at the other end of the building on the same floor as mine. 2. Internet was spotty at best, and so we had no tv service during our stay - because they have cheap Roku tvs that only work with operable internet. 3. They did not even leave the Roku remotes in our room - but older unusable LG remotes. We reported this, and a staff member promptly arrived to attempt to program (incorrectly I noticed as I watched), a new Roku remote. 4. The Thursday night of our stay, between about 10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. there were a couple of men/boys running up and down my hallway knocking on doors and yelling. Staff were alerted three times and nothing changed. 5. Cabinet doors were broken, toilet seat could slide off... plenty of other aesthetic issues. I reached out to the property manager shortly after my stay, and they have not responded. Unless you are desperate to save $15 a night for a hotel, don't book this hotel.

Its a good place that’s affordable, 18+, quiet, and comfortable. You may have a small problem like a chipped door but you could easily brush it off with the cost and location. The bathtub/shower was a bit small and that’s coming from someone who stayed in a deluxe king suite. Overall I’d definitely give this another try whenever asked if I’ll come back. The staff are also a good embodiment of the hotel, not to mention they’re kind and understanding. Although i decided to spend the extra cash with the deluxe king suite Im not sure what the other rooms are like so my opinion is limited and the only other review is honestly way too negative for this hotel from my experience.
