The best things about this hotel are that the staff is nice and the location is good. Otherwise, it is dated. Many things did not work (microwave, machines in fitness room). There was no guide to the TV. The beds are not comfortable. This is fine if you just need a convenient place to crash, but for me was not a value for the money. The pool is open, meaning anyone can come in so be aware of this. Also, I book Hilton for the confirmed connecting rooms which was confirmed in our reservation. Upon arrival though, we did not have connecting rooms. They put us next door to each other, but this was still extremely inconvenient with our family. We won't stay here again.

This hotel was very nice. Jae, at front desk was exceptional at her job. She was very friendly and accommodating. Overall customer service was excellent! I wasn't crazy about the breakfast but definitely enjoyed my room. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Was sent here by American Airlines after they cancelled my connecting flight through Charlotte. I was collected in a shuttle that picks you up from the loud, filled with fumes under-construction parking garage. The shuttle driver was pleasant but the wait was not. My room was spacious but not quite clean (the toilet, the bathroom floor; scars on the furniture, looked like someone had tried to kick in the adjoining door). I am disabled and the room they gave me had no door to the bathroom or toilet. The mattress needs replacement; sags badly and has an obvious list to one side. The hotel is right next to the airport and you get to hear all the jets take off and land, really very loud. The only walkable place to eat is the Holiday Inn next door, which was overpriced and not good. On the plus side the staff were very nice and there was free wifi. OK to stay here if they put you here but if you have a choice, I’d pass on it.

May 4th on the night shift Mr. Cleo was amazing! I was trying to print some documents for work and my business file had a security encryption on it. Which did not allow me to use the public hotel printer available for all guest. Mr. Cleo did not hesitate and even stopped what he was doing to print my pages for me. I really appreciate his courtesy for my needs.
